Our main Programming Tools are AMT Cartech MPPS, BitBox, Kess V2, Abrites AVDI and various Diagnostic/Coding equipment for VAG Vehicles using Ross Tech VCDS and Voltas IT OBDeleven. BMW Fxx Series such as M2 Can now be programmed entirely via OBD using BitBox, with no 'Flash Counter' Trace by the Main Dealer. Once tuned it will still appear as 'original' at the Main Dealer or Car Handler.

STAGE 1

This is  package consists of individual reprogramming of the engine management system of the vehicle, with the engine optimised parameters including ignition, injection, and boost - custom developed on-the-road. All values ​​of the stock safety parameters remain at this stage within manufacturer prescribed safety standards. 
Stage 1 Remapping is 100% reliable, typically more fuel efficient and provides transformed performance.

STAGE 1+

This is  package consists of individual reprogramming of the engine management system of the vehicle, with the additional features such as Decat, EGR off, DPF off, VMAX (Speed Limit Removal) and various requests outside of the general Tuning parameters. This has been added to the website recently because most Customers are happy with just Stage 1 Remapping. Should you require Fault Code (Error) Delete for additional modification then Stage 1+ is the package for you!


STAGE 2

Full Rolling Road Tuning with Dyno Testing - This is the top package offered with full testing and data logging including On Road Testing. When vital parts of the Engine such as Turbocharger, Camshafts, Conrods, Pistons, Fuel Pump are changed they need fine tuning. Recommended for high performance N/A and Petrol Turbo engines. Custom add-ons are available inc. 'exhaust flap control' 'fan control' etc

Please contact via email or instagram for Remapping quotes and estimated Power gains. We can also book a Rolling Road for Software Tuning which is explained as Stage 2. I do not personally believe in 'stages' of tune, but always work on an engine to the best of my ability within the price range chosen by each customer.

For example a Stage 1 Remap done on a Dyno may still gain the same end power if we are at the limit of the Engine's capability. Generally the Rolling Road (Dyno) Tuning is best saved for the modifications as listed above - Hybrid Turbocharger, Camshafts, Conrods and so on. If your Engine is 100% standard like how I keep my own Vehicles, the Stage 1 or Stage 1+ Remapping will be enough for you!
